Preparing and planning for your baby's birth is imperative to both mom and baby for best possible birth outcomes, a successful breastfeeding relationship and recovery. As your Doula, I fill in the gap of care typically experienced in a hospital setting. I am a constant during labor and am focused on you and your changing needs so you can focus on confidently bringing your baby into the world. I also focus on educational, emotional and physical needs of you and her partner, both prenatally and during labor.
