As your doula, I provide you with:

• Education & resources on all things pregnancy, labor, birth & breastfeeding
• Undivided attention during labor; help maintain an atmosphere you feel comfortable birthing in
• Guidance on coping techniques to relax and minimize pain; positions & movements to help labor to progress
• Support in advocating for your wishes
• Continuous support throughout the duration of your labor, birth and the few hours directly following your birth (the Golden Hour)

What I do not provide as a Doula:

• Medical tasks (vaginal exams, blood pressure measurement, fetal tracking etc)
• Decision making or speaking on your behalf
